The daily pill box is a great thing.....most of the time. The other day, I went to lunch with a friend. I have a pill box---AM and PM for every day. I take two pills in the morning, and the rest in the evening, including all of my RLS pills and pain meds for my back.

Mack, your reply was very good and very true. There could definitely be other reasons for the pain besides RLS. Fortunately, my blood sugar has never been as high as yours. The highest mine has been (as far as I know) is in the 130's.

Ahh yes, Ann--Bittersweet is is a perfect word. I think change is just hard for 90% of us---probably all of us. And, the older we get, the more changes come into our lives.
