Come in any time and ask questions, vent, scream, cry, do whatever, you are amongst friends and people who understand what you are going through. Requip, yes, can make you feel like a walking Zombie. I've had to relegat...

LOL ... I dare ya to tell that to those in Western Queensland, Northern Queensland, The Northern Territory who are either flooded in or expecting floods and are recieving food drops. 400 - 500mm of rain in one night plus king tides ... even some old-timers are scratchin their heads. As for the botto...

Well ... my M.E.I. seems to finally be on the mend. At least I can eat a piece of steak without a excruitiating look on my face. My stress/anxiety levels have gone through the roof since the girls left for their three week "holiday" with their mum. I'm keeping myself busy with a 1000pce Ji...

The more I think about it the more I think that this is the problem I've having right now. I know i've bucked the trend in a LOT of instances with my medications, but i'm just wondering if the amit-yada (tri-cyclic) has reached the end of its useful life after 4 years ... Is the Lexapro (SSRI) the r...

My problem at the moment is anything heavily dairy based. As for sugar ... We don't eat many sweet foods as a rule in this family so i'm more of a savoury liker. However, that being said ... I never pass up on a slice of pavlova. Fairy Floss (candy floss/sugar floss) is my other love ... but i only ...

Forgot to say that i've got a nice case of sinitus along with the Middle Ear Infection. Right this instant, i really really really really want to blow my nose, but the last time i did that (yesterday), i felt like i was going to blow my eardrum out ... Eewww! I guess for me it all boils down to having being sick for one reason or another for my whole life and having medications jabbed into my caboose or into a drip without anyone saying what it is. I got really angry when I had pneumonia back in 2005 and my GP FORCED me to have erythromycin ... which i'm...

Interactions is the topic at the top of my "to discuss at length" list when I next see my Sleep Doc. Particularly since some medication dosages have changed. I'm most worried about the Thyroxine (for Hypothyroidism) as it has a hell of a list of things that it interacts with, including mos...

To add to my woes, I'm pretty convinced i've scored a middle ear infection. I'm glad i'm on Panadeine Forte (for once lol) ... But I REALLY dislike ear infections. Oh well, off to the GateKeeper tomorrow. Probably explains why my balance has been more off than usual lately too, running into things ...

Heya I've just started with a new GateKeeper as well. Before my first appointment I did up an excel spreadsheet showing everything on one page. The first was a chart outlining what medications I take, the dosage, and when. Then I listed the medications belows the chart, including non-prescription me...
