Well I am am 37 and I feel like my RLS has been the same for many years, so I would not worry too much about it getting worse. This is just my personal exper. though. It can be progressive, I cant imagine mine getting worse, I already feel like cutting my legs off now at times.

Thank you very much for the info. I see you listed a DPM. Do you have any experience w/using them for RLS. Are they up to speed on this subjct more or less than say a Neuro would be? I have the Tempuric (sic) aka Swedish mattress , the one on TV w/ the wine glass and the guy jumping next to it, it is great but $$ I think I pd about $4K or so, which for a mattress is a lot. The benzo's made mine worse. I took xanax 1.0 and klonapin 1.0 at diff times and had hellacious nights. So I gave them to the wife she liked them and didnt yell at me for the longest time.
