Jeannie, I am so sorry to hear what your son is going through. There is no easy way to be a Mom during this time and help out. I agree that he does have to figure things out for himself and I know that his knowing you are there for him when he does will help him through this time in his life. I will...

Hi Ash, Sorry to hear of your problems with rls, but welcome you to our family. That's right, we are one big family and support is our first name! I agree with DARCYUK that you need to call your doctor about the sleeping pills. Although I am not a doctor, there are a lot of treatments out there for ...

I don't know anything about addiction but my daughter just took vicodin every 4 hours for 2 days after her surgery and was sicker than a dog. Every time she stood up she got dizzy and the nausea and flu symptoms were horrible. The doctor said it was a reaction to the vicodin and her system cannot ha...

Good one Char. I've never tried to put the phone in the fridge yet . . . not to say I won't some day. I have been making dinner and had things out - spices, canned goods, oils, stuf from the fridge. Being a neat person I clean up as I go. Later that night I went to get me a drink from the fridge and...

My classic senior moment is when I was looking for my phone and could not find where I had put it. As I was talking to my daughter I finally voiced to her that I couldn't find my phone. She asked me to go to the bathroom and look in the mirror and I'd find it. Took a while to register what she meant...

Lyndarae I am so sorry for your loss. We had to put our 11 year old Manx/Maine Coon cat down 6 months ago and it was so hard to make that decision and deal with it initially. If there were other choices when it comes to the suffering of our pets I know we would all jump on the bandwagon. Our cat, Sp...

My sympathy and prayers go out to you and your family at the loss of your grandmother. Take comfort in the fact that...
