currently my only relief is in jerking my knees really fast while sitting. Like tapping your foot really fast on purpose, but on the ball of your foot instead.

When my knees are just driving me nuts, doing this repeatedly helps for a while.

a subluxation is simply a term that means one (or many) vertebrae are out of line. Go see a chiropractor! Yes you will have to go more than once, but it is so very worth it. I've had my CPAP machine almost 2 years now. I just can't stress enough to folks who've been *prescribed* a cpap machine how very important it is to use it. It's a prescription, IE you need to comply with the treatment. They don't prescribe this treatment just to make you feel or sleep better. It's ...
