I did not take Sinemet regularly pre-surgery, only on occasion. I'm now taking only one time release pill befoe bed (50/250), 1/2 to start and if I awaken then the other half. Thus, augmentation has not been a problem. I don't know if I will continue with the anti-convulsant (gabapentin). Right now ...
