Well, another update for you. Today is Saturday, and I have been taking the .375mg of Mirapex ER and all I can say is WOW! I think I finally found the answer to prayer. All is working great, NO RLS symptoms at all and NO side effects either. Its been a long tough road to this point. Now I just need ...

Well, here is an updat. The first day of using .75mg was WAY to much for my system, I had to go down to .375mg ER. My side effects were really bad on the .75mg, but that is because I was only taking one 25mg per day of the regular Mirapex, so my body was getting four time the amount than normal. I e...

Switching to Mirapex ER
Well, I have been on Mirapex .25 1x per day for the last two years with average results. I have been experiencing some annoying side effects (very tired in the PM, upset stomach, joint pain....just to name a few.) that prompted me to go see a Neurologist. I really liked this Doctor as he cut right t...

hey HeatherB, I'm sorry to here about the symptoms returning, that really stinks! At least you had two weeks without this crazy RLS thing. I have not had any experience with the Klonopin but it sounds like you might be on the right path. I used to take 1mg of requip for 4 years then I switched to mi...

Thanks, for the responses viewsaskew and squirmingsusan! At my last physical I had my ferritin levels specifically checked, they were at 112. Since then I had changed to another multivitamin that does not have any iron in it. I think maybe some type of iron supplement might be helpful. Nothing to st...

It was great while it lasted....Mirapex
I switched from requip to mirapex because of bad augmentation. I thought I found something good with mirapex. Well after about 6 weeks, my episodes are getting worse again and are keeping me awake! Argh!!! I made a call to my family Doctor to try Sinemet. I 'll find out tomorrow if he needs to see m...

Well lets see. I started taking .25 Mirapex 4 days ago. I'm happy with the results. I have experienced NO augmentation or rebound (thats wonderful) and I am well on my way to getting back to not being so tired and grumpy.....YEAH! I also can wait to take the Mirapex at around 7PM. With the ReQuip I ...

Well its Sunday night here in MI and I had to take a Mirapex at @ 7PM. All went well with knocking down the RLS and I didnt get to tired from it. I still feel pretty awake. I took my family to a Whitecaps game today and I didnt do alot of walking there and I didnt suffer any RLS symptoms at all. Thi...

I started taking .125 Mirapex last night. That seemed to go well but I'm not 100% sure of the results, because I still have ReQuip in my system. I did take another Mirapex today @ 4:00pm. I did not get as tired as I did with ReQuip and I have not had any symptoms of RLS as of yet. I plan on taking a...
