Now this is weird. I always get that eye tic once in awhile and it drives me crazy as well. I wonder if it is linked to RLS?

Magnesium at 250 mgs worked great on me at first and then it stopped working. If I lay off of it for awhile and take it here and there it will work with my RLS and sleeping. It calms the nerves and muscles down. I do worry about these Magnilife RLS pills. They work great on me, but I am afraid of th...

Thanks for the info ViewsAskew. I agree with what your saying here. Also a friend of mine took cinnamon for weight loss and I wasn't sure about it because I do have acid reflux and I didn't want any heartburn or problems with it and I expressed my concern about it and she said "No it won't both...

I'm so glad it worked for you spflo033. I've been using it for a good month with great success. It works best if you keep it under the tongue as much as you can. I usually just plop it under the tongue and fall asleep that way, ha ha. Magnilife is great, I really don't know what I'd do without it now.

Kirk, I do the same thing and my husband and I sleep in different rooms. He snores as well and I have such bad RLS that I kick him to death. This way it works for both of us and we get sound sleep. Good luck!

Article I found on the subject of chocolate and caffeine

No caffeine in chocolate, but there is a similar compound in chocolate that's not quite as bad. Here is the article--- http://www.xocoatl.org/caffeine.htm

Another one of my positions if my RLS acts up is I lie on my tummy with one knee bent up and the other straight out and sort of lying on the side a bit.

Wow Polar Bear, I noticed the same thing too when I lay on the affected side it does help. I often sleep sitting upright and lay on my legs hunched over my pillow over the couch. This is a good position for me to calm my legs down and fall asleep and then I move to another position.

Genetics

I don't know if this topic has been discussed before since I'm new but do any of you have a family member who has RLS? I swear it's genetic since my father had it (he didn't know it at the time or know there was a name for it). I got my RLS from him. He was always bouncing his legs and antsy and con...

Interesting

Thank you both for responding. I'm new to this forum so I didn't see the posts that were similar to this topic. Interesting to know that it's common. Yeah mine is mostly on the left side. Only at times are both my legs antsy.

Anybody have this with RLS?

Do any of you notice that you have RLS more on one side of your body than the other? My left leg and arm is the worst, and often, I only have to move this side of my body to get complete relief. I was just curious if I was the only one with this.
