hmmmm might not be RLS ... i get that sometimes too...kinda in my lower back and over my butt so to speak. I blame it on the way I sleep....on a couch and all contorted. Normally I walk it off or hit the hot tub. Thank god for craigslist for that bad boy!

I sympathize with you 100%! When my RLS was at it's worst I would be up all night...from the bed to the couch to the floor...everywhere! When I finally went to my Dr she gave me sample of Requip. I'm still a newbie (3rd post i believe) and these boards are great. It's so cliche to say but I always felt alone with RLS and jealous cause my dad, finace, friends can simply just go to sleep! Why is it so hard for me! haha
