Does anyone know what effect, if any, OTC cough medicines might have on RLS? In addition to RLS, I have chronic bronchitis and I am afraid my pulmonary doctor might prescribe a cough medicine which would make the RLS worse.

Just for the record, I have been taking 2 mg of Requip and 15 mg of mirtazepine daily for the past 6 weeks. I have severe RLS and spent many nights on end not sleeping at all.
