In read other peoples "symptoms" and there are so many variations as well as similarities to other conditions such as fibro. As such there is no clear cut way of treatmernt. To me the movements are a reaction to the pain / cramping when I am awake. I have been awaken to find my legs clinch...

RLS and knee damage

My RLS hit hard 5 years ago. The best way to describe it is like turning into the Wolfman. Bones and tissue expanding, contracting, cramping, jerking and twisting. Unbearable pain.
