I woke up at 1:00 a.m. with toes on one foot itching furiously. Soon the other foot was doing the same thing. This occurs periodically - maybe once every few months. I applied Lamisil 1% and eventually the itching disappeared.

I have printed off the Algorithm and shall certainly take it to show my doctor. You asked re intensity and frequency of RLS. Definitely both have increased in the last year. Thanks for your suggestions.

After taking Mirapex for 6 years and increasing it to 6 (.25) per day, I think I need a change. The motor system cannot relax describes me much of the time. Have had RLS 25 to 30 years. What can I take to get help. Have heard Requip isn't any better.
