I am going through this now!! I find a lot of Colace and Phillips helps. Like 8 Softener pills and 3 Phillip Magnesia and a couple of Seneca pills.

I have had the back surgery a couple of weeks ago and doing pretty good I think. Things have been real strange, I walked out of the hospital AMA, and haven't talked to anyone, and there are no medical records any where. Thanks for the advice. I did start the Lexapro. What an awful experience. I had about every bad side effect there is for it, in duplicate! I stopped it after a couple of weeks.
