I've worked in a factory for 14 years. It's not like, extermely loud but it can be noisey. I have had anual hearing tests through work for the past 5 years. Supposedly I have good hearing with very very little loss but I sometimes have to ask for a repeat. Have it checked I say.

Now, my symptoms are mild compared to some on here but they do keep me up at times. I don't know whether the beer helped me relax enough to sleep or something els...

Nothing wrong with dropping the f bomb when it needs to be dropped IMO. 8) It tends to get the point across.

Re: Searching for relief

Do your symptoms affect your sleep? Yes, they affect it very much. I spent 11 years working night shift and never had any trouble with RLS during that time, then again that was like 3 years ago. I refuse to let anything stop me from doing things I like to do. If I can't do they things I like...well...

I wish my doc would get "it" sometimes. The first time i said about leg pain and back pain he asked "Have you ever had your cholesterol checked?"

I'll introduce myself. No, I'm not a ninja but I do own 2 and ride Kawasaki Ninjas hence the name. I'm a late 30's avid motorcycle rider, enjoy the outdoors (hunting/fishing/as long as I'm outside) family guy. I have been diagonised with RLS. I'm sorting out what works and what doesn't for me. I don...
