I should have said, that I also have spinal stenosis. I had surgery for it in 2003. In 2018 they added hardware for Spondylosis, on L3, 4 and 5. So my back is a mess. I also have 4 Herniated discs, spinched nerves and osteoarthritis.

More than likely your sleep apnea is worse because methadone decreases your heart rate and respirations. I have severerespiration. If I sleep on my back they are worse. It sounds like you are augmenting on your med. Increasing the dose won't help. I've gone through that before.
