Thanks for your input. My neuro totally dismissed me today, didnt get a chance to even ask about the extended release. Think its time for a change.

Yes im using the regular now, I m allowed ( 3)50mg tablets daily. Just wondering if the Er would give me better coverage, because sometimes it takes 100mg to give me relief, and of course I always runout at least a week before im supposed to, im trying to avoid this without going on a stronger pain ...

Has anyone ever tried the extended release of ultram? I have neuro appointment tomorrow. Just curious if this would give me all day coverage?

Im really not sure why its gotten bad again. It just seems to cycle. As far as doctor shopping, no thats not me. I have stuck with the same people for a long time. Maybe too long!

Thanks! I agree codeine is probably more effective than tramadol. Probably has less drug interactions as well. My neuro is not willing to cross the opiod line . However I think codeine would be better for me.

So tomorrow I see my primary. Have had different symptoms not really sure there rls related. My hip has hurts so bad walking and resting. My arms throbbed so bad from just sweeping the floor. Saw hematology. She wasnt impressed with ferritin level (9) wants me to continue on my supplements for 3 more months, Then we'll consider infusion therapy. Not sure what to think. Basically sitting in neutral AGAIN.

Hematology appointment in the morning. Nervous, I dont know why just a consult. Maybe because the receptionist said " just a consult to see if we are going to do anything." Sounds like the story of my rls life!
