I am having hip surgery and am very worried how it is going to affect my leg afterwards. Does anyone know anything about it?

I have been on Mirapex for years. 1mg. It doesn't help me a whole lot, but I'm afraid not to take it for fear of having a really bad night. I take 5mg. around 5:pm and the other 5 mg. around 10. I do notice that my legs start bothering me almost immediately after the 10:00 PM one when I am relaxing....
