Tight socks and shoes cause RLS ?

My RLS only affected my lower legs; For me, besides lack of feet and toe movement, I believe tight socks and shoes played a role.
If your socks leave a print on your legs, they are too tight; Running on the grass with bare feet might be a good treatment.

Re: Cause and cure for RLS

I only has it on my lower legs. Although I had it for 30 years, I never took any drugs, I only tried Magnesium before, it worked for a month or so; I started my toe exercise about one month ago, I don't feel it will come back soon, yet.

Re: Will excercise and weight reduction affect my RLS sympto

My theory is that RLS is caused by inactivity of our toes and front balls of feet, so exercise is the only cure. It's amazing that they don't know the cause, they don't know the cure, but they dump all kinds of drugs into your mouth. Try the simple exercise I mentioned in another thread titled "...

Cause and cure for RLS

I had suffered RLS for 30 years, one day I had a hypothesis for the cause, and developed a simple exercise to cure it. From that night, my RLS was gone and never came back. I am sharing my theory and exercise here, hope it will help someone. First, the cause. There is no disease involved; it is simp...
