meds rotation for sleep
hi,
Does anyone know of meds rotation for insomnia? What I mean is taking sleeping medications and rotating them so one does not get tolerant
of a sleeping medication. Are there sleep boards/forums where I can try to find information about this?
Thank you

Re: WED/RLS Recommended doctors
That is addition to programs at various hospital clinics at Mt Sinai, Presbytarian Hospital, and other that do have sleep departments but are training grounds for sleep sleep specialists and you do not get quality care you get at Mayo clinic or from doctor B.

How much do doctors at John Hopkins charge? How often does one has to see them if Dr B says that ones case is complicated?
What about Dr B? does he take on new patients, what are his fees?

hyperalertness
I went from sleeping 3-4 hours to 1-3 hours over a period of a week and am not functioning at all. I tried to read hyper alertness posts
and did not find anywhere such a small amount of sleep mentioned anywhere (at least the posts I read). Can anyone comment, since the
lack of sleep is killing me.

Re: Severity of rls
I am talking about the 10 questions questionnaire that Rustsmith and Rangerfan51 mentioned before with a severity scale for rls. I am not
asking about the publications or webinars.
