Got my ferritin levels checked
I Got my ferritin levels checked and my dr wasn't in to give me my results but the receptionist was nice enough to it was told my ferritin is 211.
It's much higher then the numbers I read on here.
I still need to see my dr but can anyone try and give me a little insight to this number?
Thanks

Are their meds for rls that can be used as needed
Are their meds for rls that can be used as needed? I'm struggling with needing to go back on meds for my rls. Re: Are Carbs and sugar rls triggers?
I read somewhere that a gut infection can worsen rls and carbs can cause the bacteria to grow. I think the term is "Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth " I have no idea if this information is reliable but it makes me wonder. Does anyone know of this?

Re: Will excercise and weight reduction affect my RLS symptoms?
I had gastric sleeve surgery December 1 2014 I went from 339lbs to 193lbs and my rls has never been worse. I admit that there may be a couple new factors that has caused this worsening but I'm convinced the weight loss doesn't help rls.

Re: Kratom is working for me
Which strains are people finding helpful for rls and anxiety? I read that some trains have a stimulating effect like caffeine.
