Re: Checking in, a hodge podge
And like any other major corporation that doesn't have to see their customers face-to-face, they are totally uncaring and cannot do anything other than their normal routine. I think a lot of the major corporations that *do* see their customers face to face are the same way too. I'm on a short actin...

Glad to have spread some mirth! I don't know what the relaxis is like but I'm using my imagination! I love Ann's phrase "marital bed" lol!

Re: Checking in, a hodge podge
Thank you for your thoughts and reassurances. I forgot to say, I have PLMS rather than traditional WED. Methadone is high on my list to try, but I worry because I'm in my mid-40s and what if that stops working?! I realize I may have to try the DA's again even just for "break" meds. I reall...

Re: Checking in, a hodge podge
Ann, I'm glad the DAs help with the tolerance. I tried a few and they all made me feel rotten. I just didn't have the patience for them. I never got the cpap calls until I started using Bennet Medical for the supplier. They're just watching out for their bottom line, ie if the patient stops using it...

I'm pretty sure the Relaxis can bring you two back together--just get a little more creative in its use!

Checking in, a hodge podge
Hi friends! Sorry it has been so long. I have been distracted by other stuff. My sleep doc put me on norco 5 mg. I've been taking it for 3 mos. I already seem to notice some tolerance. I alternate it with tramadol. When I first started the norco, I slept like the dead. It was amazing. I woke up in t...

Re: Methadone complications - not medical
Totally broken healthcare system in the US where patients are considered "consumers/shoppers" of healthcare (like its a commodity not a human right) and corporations control the healthcare decisions, typically by denying or obstructing care. And they are becoming more and more emboldened i...

Glad it didn't cause a problem. I don't plan to do it often.

Re: No progress yet
views, I am with you on the recent US developments :mortified. And legs, I am so happy for you!!! That is fantastic! I popped back in to update on my little saga here. At the moment I'm doing fair to ok with alternating norco 5 or 7.5 with tramadol 75. I did get up my guts to try the neupro. Day 1 w...

hope for new congress in usa
Hi, I will try to stay out of politics bc it is divisive. However suffice it to say I am deeply concerned for our future in usa. This is one effort to make a difference. If you like it please support and publicize.

Re: No progress yet
Thanks guys! I found out today apparently there was a "misunderstanding" when my doctor and I called my insurance separately to inquire if preauth is needed for an in lab sleep study. They claim to have been assuming when we asked about sleep study that we meant home sleep study, so they s...

Re: No progress yet
Yes, I just now came from the doctor! I am encouraged by her response to me. It probably helped my case that I started to cry. I went in with an open mind. I had a chance to ask her more questions re neupro and I feel reassured so I will try it this weekend. I felt that we met halfway...she gave me ...

Good for you for experimenting! We can only stumble on what works by trying different things, right? Was your sleep at least restful on it? I wonder if edible might be more gentle? Your plan of a drug reset sounds good. I hope your knee feels better!

You have a way with words lol!
Maybe CA will be similarnow since we've just legalized it for recreational use.
