Yes, more fiber - walnuts, pumpernickel bread, broccoli, apples etc. I still need Fleet every 3 or 4 days but all is good otherwise.

My doctor suggested Movanti 12.5 mg. Anyone try this drug for opioid induced constipation? Not I. What do you think about it? I read a bit about it and it seems to be a very strong medication. Anyone try Fleet? Probably not good for me but every 3 days and I'm good to go (no pun intended). I'm hoping it's no worse for my body than any other treatment.

Oddly, magnesium citrate doesn't work for me when I buy it alone. But, there is a triple magnesium product (by Swanson in the US) that always works immediately for me. And doesn't work at all for my husband. Go figure.

Oxy never worked for me if I took it more than a couple of days. My RLS would be worse. It was 5 mg

It's astonishing how different some of us are in our reactions to drugs.

I had cancer and the oncologist gave me a script for oxycontin. I did not ask for it, was not I pain and did not experience RLS at least until early evening. I had seen the oncologist before my diagnosis because he is also a Haematologist and I was trying to convince him to do an iron IV treatment....
