Adding to the previous post and few drags of a downer strain of cannabis or gummies with THC (not CDB which I found had no affect) helped me
me enormously and my sleep with the RLS was pretty good.

Was dignosed several years ago and suffer all the usual systems.

Question I have is that when I look at my calf muscles they are constantly twitching and moving . There is not sudden jerking or associated jerking of the legs .

Its almost looks like something crawling under the skin.

I'm in not ...

Am Uk based. Since being dignosed with RLS about 4 years ago Ive really been struggling to get a good night sleep.

Been on various meds from the Dr which have had little effect . Been through the CBD products which also didnt have any effect.

Last 3 months Ive been smoking a few drags of weed ...

Thank you for your replies . Increased my dosage to 2 mg and hey the limb movement stopped for the first time I can remember.

Been on 1mg nightly dose of Ropinirolo for about 6 months and it hasnt had any effect on my RLS and RLD .

Im wondering if the dose is too low?

Has anyone else found it has had no effect . Any advice would be kindly appreciated as my RLS is driving me made and is severely affecting my sleep.

Since I started using ropinirole Ive had several bad side effects . Im not sure if they are related to the ropinirole or just something else.

Main ones is constant dizzyness and neck pain , there are various other things as well but it would be really helpful if others to relay there side effects ...

Hi All. I was dignosed in a sleep study for PLMD and suspect Ive got RLM as well. My main problem seems to be unable to get
a good nights sleep. The sensation of wanting to move my legs all the time is causing me to twist and turn all the time .

I do sleep but suspect Im not getting the quality ...
