Re: CBD Dosage -

I happened upon a 4:1 Harles-Tsu 500 mg CBD:THC cartridge. It is called Remedi CBD 4:1 by Cresco Labs. I had been getting it at a medical marijuana dispensary, however they are no longer carrying it anywhere around me anywhere. I have one more cartridge left. I am on a combination of oxycodone and o...

Sleep Bruxism (Grinding teeth while sleeping)

Does anyone know of any research about the association of clenching or grinding teeth during the night and/or day and RLS? My dentist seems to think there is a relationship and my back teeth are showing signs of being clenched. I wear a night guard while sleeping, but need to start wearing one durin...

Re: Cannabis

You certainly have had quite the journey! Just curious about people's experiences for timing of day for taking iron supplements. I usually take mine first thing in the morning. Is there a better time to take it? Could it work better for sleep if you took it at night?

Re: Oxycontin vs Methadone

I guess vaping got such bad press for a while. I get medical marijuana so I can be assured (I hope) of the quality. I will probably just stick with vaping every night because it is a good combination for me without too many unwanted side effects. Thanks Steve and Holland.

Oxycontin vs Methadone

I am currently taking 5-7.5 mg of oxycodone around 5 pm and 10 mg oxycontin at bedtime. No matter what time I take my bedtime dose (it is usually around 9:30-10 PM) I wake around 2-3 hours later with RLS. I thought by going on oxycontin vs the immediate release at bedtime, it would get rid of that, ...

Re: Tramadol ER

Well, 200 mg Tramadol ER did nothing for me, even when combined with a 50 mg immediate release tab. In fact the increase in dosage was worse than before! Augmentation? My doctor is changing me to oxy, starting very low dose 5 mg which she is sure that I will have to increase, but wants to start out ...

Re: Tramadol ER

Thanks for all the replies and suggestions. Yes I do have access to true medical marijuana. However, the plan beginning tonight is to try 200 mg Tramadol ER and see how my sleep is. Hopefully I won't need to vape anymore. Stay tuned!

Tramadol ER

I sure wish DAs did not cause augmentation or impulse control disorders! Pramipexole worked so well for me for years - until it didn't - and then it was horrendous. Had already tried gabapentin, neurontin, and clonazepam. Switched to Neurontin but couldn't get off the pramipexole, then tried Lyrica ...

Re: Lyrica

I was on 150 mg twice a day. While that dosage of Lyrica controlled my RLS and I was able to sleep, I developed a profound depression. I was sad all the time, didn't want to get out of bed, didn't care about doing anything - taking a shower, seeing my adorable grandchildren - nothing! When I finally...

Re: New Kratom User - when to take

Can kratom be taken with Ultram (Tramadol)? After failing many drug regimens of DAs, sleeping pills, gabapentin, neurontin, and Lyrica, my doctor started me on 50 mg Ultram. I just increased it to 100 mg/day but am still waking 2-4 hours after taking it (and sometimes waking again 2 hours later) wit...

Re: QUALITY CENTERS: HOW DOES IT WORK

I live in Illinois and started going to Mayo in Rochester, MN (a quality center) after my local doctor mishandled my augmentation and impulse control disorder on pramipexole. It took 4 months to get my initial appointment. When I called Johns Hopkins at the same time, they told me they were not acce...

Re: Alerting help (Tramadol)

Ah! I had been wondering about the difference in my sleep quality since starting on Tramadol. Definitely not sleeping as well since I started it! I am still on 100 mg Lyrica, weaning down to 50 mg tonight and am on 50 mg Tramadol. I need to stop Lyrica because it has caused profound depression that ...

New Kratom User - when to take

I have some red vein borneo in capsules. I've read elsewhere that most people take between 5-10 g/day (I think that's what I read). But when do you take it? Just at night? During the day at all?
Thanks,
Bev

Re: Getting used to Lyrica

I'm trying to get into Hopkins for evaluation and treatment, but the last time I called they were not accepting new patients. I have a new request in for an appointment. Although I'm being treated at Mayo in their sleep disorder clinic, I think I might get better treatment at Hopkins. My Mayo doctor...
