Kratom questions

Hi all! My doc just put me on 600mg of Horizant for my RLS, but I’ve read that it may not control my symptoms by itself (it’s only been one day so I can’t judge how it’ll be for me yet). I’ve seen Kratom recommended and it’s legal in my state, but I don’t know much about it. What kind and what dosag...

Re: Problems with Ropinirole

I have had RLS since long before I started on any antidepressants, and from the nights I have missed taking trazodone due to running out, it has been bad but never like this. I kind of agree that it could be an allergic reaction. I ran it past him and he still doesn’t want to do an iron infusion but...

Problems with Ropinirole

I’ve been on a low dose (0.25mg) of Ropinirole for a few months, combined with Trazodone (helps me sleep but leaves me tired all day), but yesterday I finally got in to see a neurologist. It consists of a worsening of the disease over time, and is almost inevitable, given enough time. Mos...

Re: New member going through treatment options

Welcome to the discussion board Air. If not for your mother's RLS, I would have suggested that your RLS was due to the Cymbalta. Anti-depressants are notorious for causing RLS-like symptoms. They also are frequently triggers for RLS (only Benadryl is worse). There is a good chance that while you we...

New member going through treatment options

Hi everyone! I’m 35 and have been suffering from RLS for as long as I remember, and I’m currently trying to get off so many different medications and narrow down what will work. I received this lovely gift from my mother, but I didn’t know what it was or that we both had it until my late teens, when...
