After augmentation

Does anyone know if once you recover from augmentation are your RLS symthoms prepanently worse than they were before you started the drug? Said another way, can these drugs cause permanet damage and permanently make your symthoms worse than they ever were? Thanks

I have read that burning in the feet can be caused by vitamin B5 deficency. I know that that can cause RLS too.

I used to beable to to take Zertec but I have just discovered it now gives me RLS. I do take Nasal Crom to help with seasonal allergies and that gives me no problem. It is hard to get Nasal Crom and I have to get it off of Amazon.

I was reading the current clinical trials for RLS/WED and one of the ongoing trials was for testing Magnesium. They were using Mg Citrate at 200 mgs a day. I realized that I was not getting the RDA for Magnesium so I upped my intake. I think it helped my RLS. I don't know the results of the trial/st...

Trying Gominak Rightsleep Method to treat RLS

I have been using the Gominal Rightsleep method for my RLS. It seems to work but takes a long time to do. I am definately better than when I started 6 months ago but it has not completly cured me. I am able to use teh antihisamine zertec and if I get real stuffed up I can use Afrin and similiar products. I can not take and steroid like a budesonide or flonase they really make me kick all night.
