My neurologist in Florida won’t prescribe any opioids for RLS saying they are just too bad for you, too addictive, blah, blah, blah. I moved from another state that did give me Tramadol and it worked for me. There aren’t any other drugs I can take that are on the market now for RLS that work for me....
