Thanks! I'm definitely in the moderate to severe category so I have my doubts about it. It looks like it's a combination of Magnesium Glycinate, Passionflower, Turmeric Extract, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Vitamin B6 and Lactobacillus plantarum 299(probiotic).
