Im looking for a study that records how many people find relief with which drug. There are 4 classes:
1) iron therapy. What percentage find relief of RLS symptoms through iron therapy.
2) gabapenting group
3) dopamine agonists
4) opioids

One comment noted methadone at 200mg. I am suspicious. Recommended max dose for methadone is 40mg. Most patients are at 10mg.

I follow two Facebook groups reserved for RLS. The people presenting there cannot get access to a doctor who will prescribe opioids(methadone). This is unacceptable. There needs to be a trained qualified doctor within 3 hours of every patient. How do we fix this?
