So glad you’re finding relief, RLS that extends into the arms is no joke. I’ve seen a few others say they didn’t notice much until a small amount of THC was added too.
If anyone’s looking for a place to start, Joy Organics has some good blended options. I like that they’re third-party tested and ...

Re: Need to convince my Primary Care
Your doctor may be skeptical, which sucks I know, but presenting information from reputable sources can help build trust and change their mind, that is if you really need him

Even without reading any of the content of the thread or the OP's post it must always come to hand that you should always just wait for the doctor's advice, no?

Re: THC/CBD oil worked for me
CBD helps me sleep like a normal person. Can't imagine not taking it now.
For reference, this page mentions that an 80% improvement in the quality of sleep was reported using medical cannabis oil by patients with RLS.

Re: Opioid Constipation
Anyone try Fleet? Probably not good for me but every 3 days and I'm good to go (no pun intended). I'm hoping it's no worse for my body than any other treatment.
Works well for my husband (the magnesium that works for me does NOT work for him - go figure).
Eh, maybe it's because of the ...

Re: Severe rls subdued using Allulose. Seriously.
Hello
First I would like to thank the RLS foundation for this forum. It is very helpful to me and to many other people suffering from RLS.
It seems allulose is not available yet in Europe but I would definitively try it when possible.
For some reason kiwi fruits and blackcurrant (from frozen ...

Re: RLS from personal diet rhythms--easy solution
Using small amounts of those trigger foods before bed as a preventive measure sounds super smart and effective. It's also pretty cool that you found relief with quinine sulfate, despite all the controversy around it.Sharing your experience inspires me to look into dietary and environmental factors as ...

Re: Anyone Heard of Nedria Tomac Therapy?
I just read about this device today. Very interested in finding a doctor to discuss this with. I have been on gabapentin for 4 years, but it has recently seemed to stop working as well. I keep waking up with symptoms; it doesn’t help to take more than five 300 mg pills, I am no longer getting ...

Re: Abilify
There are a few hits regarding abilify in this forum -- which of you have taken Abilify and in which doses? Specifically, has anyone been on low dose Abilify?
Background is that low-dose Abilify is pretty much the only drug that seems to work for ME/CFS, where people take Abilify around 1mg/d as ...

Glad you're finding some relief with that combo! Colace and Phillips can be a lifesaver for constipation, and the Seneca pills must be helping too. Fingers crossed it keeps working for you!

Re: Reversing Restless Leg Syndrome
Just thought I'd post an update on my dopamine agonist free journey....It's been 63 days since taking my last dose of a Requip and my withdrawal symptoms continue to slowly diminish with time. I've been getting approx. 6-7 hours of good sleep nightly, poor sleep greatly contributes to activation ...

Re: Spine surgery
I have had the back surgery a couple of weeks ago and doing pretty good I think. Things have been real strange, I walked out of the hospital AMA, and haven't talked to anyone, and there are no medical records any where. As far as the anesthesia, I talked to the Dr before surgery about the RLS ...
