I also try to power through the daytime sleepiness. I would say about 50% successful. I am grateful I am retired and can nap if needed. Why are you increasing your medication? (If I may ask?)

Thank you so much for your support and thoughts. My doctor did switch me to 20 mg hydrocodone. I took it Monday night and it worked for the most part. I took it last night and it didn’t work, RLS symptoms all night long. Not sure what to think or do at this point. Any ideas?

Oh no! Those options are all so disheartening. My ferritin is always over 150. It sounds like my next step will be to have the Tramadol switched to another opioid?

I read your posts-extremely helpful. So it is going to get real bad but there is a huge light at the end of the journey. Just wondering what you did those long sleepless nights? Pace the floor? I know those are coming for me and need some ideas.
