Wow. So sorry to read this. I’m 76 and on methadone, which works like a charm for me, once at night. I’m also on Trazodone for sleep and a whole load of expensive medication for the constipation the methadone causes. I was on Rotigatine for years but it didn’t work well and look what happened. I use a stiff bath brush or Korean-style scrubbing/defoliation cloth in the bath and in the morning.
