Susan I know it is hard to see your mom's health decline but try to remember the good times. Hospice is a wonderful organization and will be good for both your mom and your family. I think of the good times that I had with my mom as I lost her in 2003 but she had a good life and lived until she was ...

Oh Scarlett I am so sorry for how you are feeling. The next time some one says "Oh I have that too" just ask them to describe their symptoms. I am sure most do not have any idea what you are going through and are just trying to be polite. I really hope that you are able to find the relief ...

Hi Trese and welcome to this site. When I have a bad bout with rls and cannot sleep I also kneel in bed with my knees up to my chest and my face in the pillow and try to fall asleep that way. Not always successful but at least I try. If that does not work then I sit on the edge of the bed and swing ...

You've got a deal. I should have said, "Sometimes my brain disengages for a time," or something along those lines. I've been reading a book that agrees with what you are saying. Even if we are kidding, putting yourself down can become a self-fufilling prophesy. I am not an overly confiden...

Oh Snowbound I am so sorry to hear that. Is there a support group where you live that you could go to? You may even want to take a family member there so they could hear what other people go through too.

You take care and have a good weekend.

Oh Ruby I am so sorry as I did not mean for it to come across that way. I am just talking about myself. I know you were not blaming anyone for taking clonazapem. Please forgive me as I would never intentionally hurt you.

You take care my friend.

Hi Penguin it is so good to hear from you. I do not blame you for changing jobs. All the stress in the world is not good for you and believe me if you do not do it for yourself nobody else will. You hang in there as things will work out for you, and again it so good to hear from you. I know I have n...

Hi Ruby It is so good to hear from you and I agree that clonazapem is additive; however if it will help my quality of life I will continue to use it. I stopped it cold turkey once and that is not a thing to do. If this med does help you then I would talk to your dr as you definitely need your sleep....

I also take clonazapeman and it definitely helps me go right to sleep. If that is what works then I will continue taking it no matter what.

Hey if I sleep at least 5 hrs straight (which is not too often) but will take whatever I can. My quality of life is what is important.

Hi Jenifa I do not know if I welcomed you to the group, if not then welcome. As far as a standing MRI I have never heard of it (not saying that there is not one) but know there is an open MRI but heard that the close one gets a better reading. I hope that I never have to have a MRI as I am extremely...
