Results of Botox injections

Well hello everyone, it's been quite a long time since I've posted and thought I'd check in to give an update. I moved to a different state recently and so have a new Neurologist. After talking with him at length about Botox we decided to give it a try. It's expensive and Blue Cross won't pay. It wa...

Hi everyone, hope you had a good Xmass. I haven't been around much. Went into what I call a "Blue" phase which is just a nice word for a lil depression lol. I tried the Nuepro patch last month. It is very pricey even with insurance. Within an hour or so I had the worst bout of nausea I've ever had a...

Hello Desertgirl, There have been one or two on the board that had seizures while taking Ultram and hopefully they will jump in but if I'm not mistaken they were taking something else with it. In any case, if you woke up during the night feeling " paralized" and couldn't move then you REALLY have to...

Hey Debs, No stresses. I had one done yesterday. They take a marker and measuring tape and draw some points on your legs and do the electrical signal part. Just a mild to medium shock on different parts of the leg to get it to move and to test the path of the nerves, and then a needle (mine was conn...

Thanks for the heads up Zach. I'm not on any anti depressants, I am on Klonopin which I take at night but I don't think (hope) it's one of the things that give you seizers. Sorry to hear you had a bad time with it my friend...

Back from the Dr. We talked about Methadone and Oxycontin but I really wanted to try Ultram. The problem I have with the first two is that they are Schedule II which I really don't want to start taking because I would have to go to the Dr's every month to get a refill. I like to travel and feel it w...

Hi Josh, Thank you for the reply. To be honest, the original reasons you listed are the reasons I didn't want to go on Oxycontin. Maybe I'm just not informed. The vicodin DOES make me a bit "gorked" lol and I just figured the Oxycontin would make it more so. So are you saying you were able to feel m...

Extended release hydrocodone?

Hi all, Dr's appointment today and I'm wondering if there's such thing as extended release hydrocodone? I have rls 24/7, getting worse, have tried everything else (long list) but the opiates are the only thing that work. I'm currently taking 5, 10/500 per day and while they're great and make the RLS...

I have to say I agree with deb on this. Any company that will take your money and charge you extra for shipping SHOULD pay the shipping costs if you want to return it. Especially in light of the 95% success rate they CLAIM. If anyone really feels the need to try this oil then I suggest going to the ...

I request a lock of the oil threads. It's obvious they are not going to stop pushing this stuff. Debkenny, you said you would stop with the oil posts but you won't.

Debkenny is going to do everything she can to keep the oil posts going. Someone needs to lock these threads so this stops.

I agree with what Viewsaskew said and just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. The first Dr. I went to see was on the list here but really didn't know much about RLS. I asked him why he was on the list and he didn't even know he was. He said he must have signed something at a convention and didn't real...
