Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) Discussion Board

Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That happened to me the minute I started taking meds for it. Took about 2 weeks to work myself up to 4pm and I work till 7pm.lol

Does anyone know if muscle twitching is part of RLS? Just curious....... it is one of my many symptoms. You know the ones.... creepy crawly want to rip your arms and legs off to get some sleep feelings. I also have PLMD so I am also thinking it could be part of that.

I do this alot....................... but only when the RLS is bothering me. Drives my coworkers crazy!!!!lol For me RLS is like having little bugs crawling around in my legs and arms. I also have PLMD.

A couple of questions, though. Does the 1 mg work to control the RLS at night? When you say you now have symptoms in the afternoon, I take it that you never had them before at that time?
