glad to hear some people are getting results from the stockings. I have tried to get people to try it and report back here for some time. They MUST be the right size. You simply cant have a tight band squeezing your leg. I like the full thigh high ones. reasonable priced from Ames Walker. Once you f...

If you think the weight would help then you are probably one of those that the compression stockings would help. Give it a try.

Support or Compression Stockings (try it, you may like it)

As far as moving your natural circadiam rhythm, I read some where that it is possible to move it later every day but not earlier, SO... to correct yourself if you are up late at night and sleep late in the morning,, you have to move forward around the clock, not backwards as we would like to do. If ...

As far a men wearing pantyhose or stockings....NO one could tell if you don't tell them...or get dressed at the gym.... Don't worry, just try it. If it works, then its medical treatment. From what I gather on the net, many men wear pantyhose ( ie. construction worker to stay warm, etc). The companie...

Another good response. Glad to hear it works for you, I wish I could get others to JUST GIVE IT A TRY. there are many men who wear stockings for medical reasons. You can actually use stockings with or without a garter belt if you dont want the panty part. I got the idea after my Heart doctor recomen...

well, yes,, you can try a full body compression garment if that will help. I haven't tried it yet.. I have purchased an "ARM Gauntlet" to try for the few times I get it in my arms. I am now trying use of a fairly tight long leg panty girdle for times it goes into the groin. Seems to help s...
