Hi, I'm late to this thread, but will weigh in anyway. I augmented on Requip in 6 months, then on Mirapex almost immediately, so much for the DAs. I've been on Cymbalta (lowest dose) for Shingles Postherpetic neuralgia for a year while using hydrocodone to control my RLS. I haven't seen any problem at all with the Cymbalta. It controls my nerve pain very effectively with no other side effects.
