Fleece Leg Massager

Anybody ever used one of these? I'm always on the lookout for something that will let me sit when I want to. This thing is in a catalogue. It is covered with fleece and has three raised points. Your legs fit in between the humps and it vibrates. Looks like it might help. Thought I would see if anybo...

Amen to all of the above. I was told by a "sleep specialist" ( he was actually mentioned in one of the RLS books I've read) that RLS did not cause pain...Bull s....Pat

Welcome, Resyes...What dosage of lortab are you taking? I have really bad pain with my RLS. But my doctor thinks it's diabetic neuropathy. I don't because the symptoms don't match. My pain could also be from Arthritis in my knees. Who knows?? Anyway, he was willing to give me two 7.5s a day and when...

FYI, watch out for Walmart also. My daughter had the same problem there. She has fibro. I wonder if there is some kind of universal net that puts your name on it when you get controlled drugs??? For some odd reason my GP would not give me 3 7.5 lortabs a day but would give me 2 10s. It's not that mu...

Jeannie, can't you get something to offset the dry eyes. Drops maybe? I know that would be taking something to offset the side effects of something else. But if it works??? Why not ask. Pat

Good luck Susan. All I could get from my dr was 2 10 Lortabs to split in 1/2 during the day and night. Real fun. But it helps a little. Let us know if you can find a neuro that will talk. Mine doesn't even speak good English. Now I'm being ugly... or just plain disgusted...Pat

Hi Stitch, I too was on Neurotin with no good result. My GP put me on Lyrica. I have noticed some (and I do mean only some) improvement. I have only been on it for about 1 month. I don't know what kind of insurance you have. It is expensive. I have med coverage through my husband's job and still had...

Lynne, We have have 6 ages 26 to 40. They all have kids of their own. 17 in all. I'm not sure 19 is grown yet. It depends. You may be under the watch still. I'm really not sure my 35 year old is grown yet...Pat

Ann, mine (which went from "just" the jumpy to bad pain) could have been from the ADs. My gp was trying to treat my sleep problems. I have run the gambit of ADS with some really weird side effects. (or is it affects?) But I know it got really worse when I went on the Sinemet. I am now on Requip 1mg ...

Mark, Neurotin did not work for me...No side effects worth talking about. I was on 600mg 3xs a day. It did not make me sleepy. Nothing does. I am now on Lyrica 75mg 2xs a day and I think I have noticed an improvement. No pain at all during the day.. yesterday and today. Hope it's not just in my head...

Debbie, Lunesta did not help me sleep and I did have the nasty taste.(which I could handle if it helped me sleep). But it did make my RLS worse. I tried it twice and gave up. Ambian doesn't work on me either. The Lortab works for the pain and jumpy so I take that at night and sometime during the day...

Betty, I'm no doctor, but 15mg of codeine sounds a bit high to me, if you are not used to taking it. I would try cutting it in 1/2 before the trip and see what it does to you. Also, it usually takes about 30 mins to set in. hope this helps...Have a great trip...Pat
