I think it's a great idea. I'm already to go for it!

Susan, you must be very right brained. I have that problem too, being an artist. Teaching in a public school MADE me pay attention to time. I'm still bad at it, though.

How did you get your picture under your name like that? That's cool!

I've been doing very well lately, with this new combination of Requip and Klonopin. I HAVE to remember to take my pills before 9:00 at night. I forgot the other night because I was having no symptoms and it was 11:00 before I remembered. Well... I was up most of the night. I finally got to sleep aro...

That's a good idea. Unfortunately, I think I need the full dose!

Snow hasn't arrived yet, but it's coming and I think that barometer is rising. I haven't felt any different with my RLS. Just my bones.

We're having a big storm (SNOW!!) coming this Monday, here in Maine. I'm going to pay attention this time. See if it affects my RLS.

Thanks everybody! I slept like a rock last night (eventually). I had a warm cup of cocoa (don't ask me why, but it works) and a supplemental pill of Melatonin.

P.S. fortunately, once I get to sleep, I stay there. Except for one trip to the loo (as they say).

Well, right now, I'm up and it's 1:10 AM. No RLS, just awake. I don't know abut Mirapex, but Requip is in a strange shape and you can't cut them in half very well. I am getting sleepy, now. Maybe I painted too much today. I'm getting ready for a show and I've got 11 little miniatures to do. Only two...

I think he was as puzzled about how it worked as I was. The first batch he gave me was from a sample that a salesman had left. He's very willing to let me experiment. Within reason, of course.

A Question

I have a question. When do you (anybody) take your meds? Do you take them just before bed or early in the evening, or some other time? If I don't take the Requip soon enough (before symptoms start) then it doesn't work. If I take the Klonopin along with the Requip, then I'm zonked out too soon. Toni...

Yeah, I get it occasionally in my arms, too. Not too often, though. I thought it was just me.

I definitely feel a difference when the barometer is up (or down, whatever's worse). It's always been my arthritis, what's left of it after all the joints I've had replaced. I never noticed whether my RLS got worse, too. Next time I'll notice. I had a cat that had a bad leg and he and I used to limp...

I DID start the Requip again after having a really bad reaction to it. I waited several weeks and HAD to do something. My legs were driving me crazy! I think I said before that I progressed more slowly with the increases and that did work. Now, I'm up to 2 mg of Requip and have to take the clonazepa...
