Re: Anyone Using Hot Tubs as Relief?

When I think of a hot tub I will remember Rustsmith's comment regarding the running costs - it also helps that I don't have space for a hot tub :lolno:

Re: Our Amazon purchases can support the RLS Foundation

It seems Amazon Smile is not available here in the UK, i.e. on Amazon.co.uk which is rather a shame.

Re: What Severe RLS is Like

Eefall - so glad to hear from you. Your retirement has been a long time coming and now it is here. You can make it suit you.... no clockwatching..... With regard to resources I'd reckon you'd have done the figures. Our income is much reduced since retirement and it's been a case of 'cutting our clot...

Re: Tele-medicine from Quality Care Centers

What a brilliant idea.

For sufferers living outside of the USA - a follow up report and advice on treatment could perhaps be provided for the benefit of our local doctor.
I daresay 'appointments' would be be prepaid .....
I would do it.

Re: Two hours of sleep

I take a very tiny 10mg dose of Citalopram and am not aware that it causes me any difficulties.

I would agree that if it's a regular winter occurrence it sounds like SAD disease and light supplementation is worth considering.

Re: Wish I could retire

legs - indeed I am inclined to 'over prepare', but I'm almost there. All is sitting ready for my husband to make up the beds. Once we move some furniture. I like to be ahead of myself especially as tomorrow 8th, I am working 6am - 10.30pm in a polling station during our General Election, and plans h...

Re: My Regime - Kratom/Neupro - and Thanks

It is always great to hear what has been of help, and indeed what has not helped. Yes, we are all different in how we respond to treatments but knowledge is power and there is always the hope that the experience of another will contain useful and beneficial information for another sufferer. Thank you.

Re: Wish I could retire

leggo_my_legs - When I retired it was the best feeling ever - once I got used to the idea. It was not planned. I was within 2 weeks of receiving my government pension so there was some income. My hopes had been to work perhaps 2 days each week. Within a couple of weeks of retirement I was perfectly ...
