The cyst seems to have naturally gone away with a period. So the pain on my right side which seems to come and go is either tied to the continual forming of ovary cysts or a colon issue or in my opinion mild rls.

I'm tired of going to doctors to dx this as they never do.

Ferrous gluconate is suppose to be very gentle on the stomach and as an added benefit it also absorbs better than the ferrous sulfate. I took 2 324mg pills per day for 10 months and on average my iron levels increased 2 points per week. Stomach upset was never an issue for me but constipation sure w...

I'm getting over a head cold and added benadryl to my zyrtec and my rls came back. I'm stoping Benadryl immediately to see if it goes away.

I'm simply amazed as I have ferritin deficiency which I thought caused the rls which resolved except for this recent episode.

I may have spoken too soon. While the RLS during waking hours is gone while I sleep I guess I am still kicking, per my husband. My Ferritin actually did not go up anymore and dropped from 47 to 44. I was a bit cockey and lowered my dose and I guess I should not have. I am back up to the original dos...

Take B-complex as well. I have been on 650mg of ferrous gluconate since September and have finally gotten relief from my RLS since January.

UPDATE I have not had my Ferritin levels tested since my last post in January but have kept up on the mega doses of iron replacement and wanted to let you all know the RLS is completely gone, yes gone. I am really happy to be one of the lucky one's with low and now normal ferritin who has gotten rel...

It's been almost 4 weeks since discontinuing the Requip and after the horrable withdrawl symptoms for 8 nights I appear to be rls free. Other than a bit of right leg tightening and mild pain occasionally it's over. I wish there had been more info for me but I hope my exprience helps someone else. My...

Mark, How about just introducing her with HER FIRST NAME. You shouldn't have to announce that you are married or not and if it bothers you so much what people think do something about it. The obvious don't ask question I mean. I've been married for 20 years and my husband usually introduces me by my...

I'm done with DAs unless I get Parkinsons. Those drugs scare me. I hear you on that. If I had any idea what I would be experiencing comming off the Requip I would have never taken it. My mistake for not totally researching it before I took the first pill. My rls has been completely gone 3 of the la...

Thanks for your thoughts. The Melatonin helped quite alot but I still did wake. My memory of the awakenings are not very clear so the melatonin must be working. I hope tonight I can get an even better night of sleep. My goal is to try and reset the sleep cycle as the requip seems to have totally scr...

Requip withdrawl experiences- sleeplesness

I had been taking Requip .5mg for 3 months due to rls from ferritin deficiency and decided to quit because of augmentation and continually changing needs for more requip to control symptoms. My ferritin has also raised to the 50 range which I was told should aleviate the rls issues. My withdrawl sym...

Reiki works for me. It's the only thing that's taken the pain away. It stays away for different lenghts of time but it does stay away for awhile. I don't know how it works and would call myself more of a skeptic but I can tell you it does work. I did not even know what the pain was but have recently...
