I had 106 periodic limb movements which resulted in 35 arousals which results in a plms arousal index of 6. There were 96 unexplained arousals for total arousals of 172 and index of total arousals of 32.

My results didn't note how many per hour, but I slept for 5.38 hours.

Didn't know this information existed. I'll have to get a copy of my sleep study results. I didn't know I had PLMD until I had a sleep study for symptoms of RLS. I was dx'd with both.
