Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) Discussion Board

I have been on Requip for awhile. The doctor lowered my requip and added mirapex. She does not want me to stop requip in case the mirapex doesn't work for me. Is anyone else on both medicines at the same time?

I have tried Abilify and it made me go out of my mind with restless legs. It was so bad when I was on Abilify that I stopped eating and I was exhausted. I think the situation that I am in is a no win situation.

Has anyone had increased restless legs when taking seroquel? My doctor had to increase my seroquel and my restless legs are acting up.

I take 4 mg requip in the morning, 8 mg at 4:00, and another 8mg at bedtime. Recently it seems like the requip is not working. I was up until 3:00 am last night because of my legs. It is so bad. It makes me want to cry. Hang in there.

I am going to be on a plane for 5 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions to keep my rls to a minimum? I plan on taking extra medicine, Requip, and drink plenty of water. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
