I think it' s something to look into, right now I am researching the possiblities of SIBO being related to causing RLS

Requip made my symptoms much worse. I had to quit taking it.

This is HUGE news for me. As I was diagnosed with IBS when I was 18 years old. I totally believe that RLS is a gut issue, that may explain why I never had RLS when I was on antibiotics!

Well, relief is about all I can say, I was getting much better relief with methadone, but methadone destroyed my entire endocrine system and I will never take that stuff again. Right now I hope to get on natural alternatives, one day.

There are all sorts of gluten free flours some are better than others. I would love some GF recipes and will check out your thread too

My tramadol dose varies greatly. Some nights I take only 50, other nights I take 100 and other nights I take 150. On average though I take 100mg.
