... cutting out nightshade plants - the most common of these are potatoes, tomatoes, peppers etc, its been hard, but since trying the "experiment" it seems to really help, and I am having better sleep ... saying this, I do also have fibromyalgia.

Hiya
After a bad night of twitching etc, I looked on the internet for herbs that might help.
I made a tea from cinnamon, camomile, and ginger (two different tea bags and two cinnamon capsules) and it really helped me!!! I have not slept better!!!

ive just arrived at this site!!! I was up dancing all night the other night - shame i was trying to go to sleep at the time !!! When I got up the next morning, my legs really ached like i had done a lot of exercise or something. i hadnt. Im from the UK - i hope you US guys dont mind me being here??
