For years i would dread going to bed..knowing thats when it gets started, the burning in the legs,muscle spasms,the muscles getting tight,my poor husband getting kicked in the back or buttocks. I`m so glad that some people have found some relief with certain things.I have yet to find any but i am always willing to try advice,homeopathic remedies..massage..whatever...most days i`m so tired..but I have suffered for years..I have read many, many posts and am so thankful for them all.Just kno...
