Thanks Charlene :)

Last night was codeine free and still not too bad :) It's amazing the difference even a few hours of uninterrupted sleep makes, I'm doing OK thank God... Just getting very excited about meeting the new person now :D

iron infusion and pregnancy

I'm a mess I've got six weeks or so to go before I have my third baby and my RLS status is at an all time low. I had to ask my husband to skip work today because I had had about an hour and a half's sleep when the kids got up and I couldn't cope. I went back to bed and had another couple of hours an...

Hey there psychick- you might be right about L-tryptophan; last night I didn't take anything, not even my iron and calc mag etc because I crashed out right after dinner. And I had the best night I've had in ages LOL, by an RLS sufferer's standards anyway. Thanks Charlene baby is due mid-December. Us...

Thanks for your support Charlene; I've needed it. Nobody really understands but fellow sufferers. My doctor seemed amused by my suggesting methadone- he said he thought that methadone would probably fix anything. I told him that there seemed to be quite a few people who were genuinely helped by it. ...

*sigh* codeine didn't help much

Had 15mg codeine last night and noticed only slight effect- a bit more inclined to doze off a bit. As usual as soon as I turn off tv my legs start up again, LOL how bizarre. Had the other half a tab a bit later and not much difference. Should have had whole one at bedtime but worried about baby (30 ...

Thanks for the advice I was thinking of asking the doc about methadone- but I read something about SIDS... I don't remember exactly what it was... To date I've had three iron shots over six weeks and am on two supplements, iron amino acid chelate so its not consitpating. My ferritin has doubled to 2...
