Well, I'm going to see the doc on the 1st.
I have been so busy I haven't been able to make calls when I have wanted to. Needless to say, it has been hard to get through to the doc.
Hopefully we can get this figured out.

Thanks Zack I will bring that up to the doctor.

I don't even want to think about being addicted to other things. I have watched "Intervention" on A&E and I have seen how people on there get!

Typically the Klonopin will knock me out. I think my body is just getting accustom to the dosage. I'm having symptoms during the day and that hasn't happened in months. I have been on the same dosage for 7 months and the doctor told me most people have to be upped every 4 or 5 months. I avoid Tyleno...

Grrrr! I'm going nuts!

My RLS and PLMD have been giving problems again the last two weeks. I am almost to the point of going insane. There has been a lot going on lately at home. Things were just nuts. Now things have calmed down and I have family in from out of state, who I haven't seen in years. (I'm so happy to have th...

That we can figure out no one on my dads side had RLS.
My mom has it, but she is adopted so we don't know about her side.
My younger sister has it, I have it, and we think my older sister and her youngest son have it.

Belly dancing music! Sounds weird, I know, but if you listen to it you just can't sit still. It picks you up mentally and makes you want to dance even if you don't know how to belly dance. ( Of which I know very little!)

A---what meds, how much & when,
B---my medical conditions, when I was diagnosed with them,
C---med allergies,

I have RLS and PLMD. I take 1 mg. nightly of Klonopin. It seems to help with both the RLS and PLMD. I don't even have daytime symptoms.
So there is help. You just need to find a doctor and a medication that will help you. Don't give up!

I would do some reading on Periodic Limb Movement Disorder. That sounds closer to what you are experiencing. I have PLMD as well as RLS. I have the involuntary movements with out the RLS symptoms. Though most of the time they go hand in hand for me.

Susan, it don't sound sappy at all. My uncle said when my great grandmother died she sat up in bed and said, "Allom, you came for me!" She laid back down and died. My great grandfather came back for her.

Susan, I am so sorry to hear your mother died. My heart goes out to you and your family.
I know you hurt right now, but remember this, your mother no longer does. Where ever she is she is free of all her pain, and she can be herself.
