Good grief. Sorry to hear about the basement Randy. Will you be able to salvage any of the carpet and so forth? I sure hope so.

Keeping everyone in my thoughts.

Is someone leaving the house at night? If so it could be separation anxiety.
Also, as strange as it seems, the dog could be afraid of the dark.

I was having symptoms in my arms when the RLS was bad. I haven't had any symptoms in just about 5 weeks now though.

I have had this for years as well. I find a semi idling close by will make my ears go nuts. I get ringing and a hard vibration in my left ear.

This has to be an RLS thing. I can't stand having my knees touching either. I don't think it helps I have boney knees and torn ligaments and tendons in my knees either!

I live right in the middle of the lower peninsula of Michigan. We had 4 inches of rain from Gustov, then got another 4 or 5 more from Ike. We have been in flood warnings from them. So far no flooding though.
My thought are with everyone affected by the Hurricanes.

I have thought about trying a pillow under my legs at night too. Thing is, it's not so comfy when you are sleeping on your side.

Well, my mom and my younger sister both were diagnosed on the 9th with RLS. I seem to be the only one with daytime symptoms and PLMD.

On another note. My mom and younger sister were both diagnosed today with RLS as well. No wonder our household was always so busy when I was a kid, we all have RLS and couldn't sit still if we wanted to!

Welcome Suz. I'm sorry your boyfriend is one of the non believers. I hope you find the forum and the rest of the site helpful to not only you but to your boyfriend as well.

I have been on Klonopin since June 26th and this is the longest I have been symptom free. I even took an hour and a half car trip and didn't feel like I needed to readjust how I was sitting...
