My mom and I had a long conversation about RLS one night and she told me about these itchy feelings she used to have in her legs. I questioned her more and got out my pamphlet the foundation sent me. It has the list of common symptoms in it and I asked her if she had experienced each one. There is o...

Thanks everyone. What I have been feeling isn't a Migraine. I have had those for 20 years. It is different from the onset of a Migraine. This is short. It only lasts for about 10 seconds. Once I rub my head all over it seems to go away. Thing is. I haven't had any of these 'spells' since I started K...

Strange head pains.

For the last 7ish years I have had these strange pains in my head. It is more like a tingle/itchy thing that creeps across my head like a lightning bolt. Could this have anything to do with my RLS. Could it be RLS in my head? The doctor I had 7 years ago just told me to take Motrin for it every day....

WAM, good luck with weaning yourself off the meds. I don't envy you having to do this. I hope all goes well.

I had to get up and pace on day while waiting for a friend at the courthouse. There was a lady sitting waiting to go in to court. She told me I seemed awful anxious. I told her I have RLS. She was like oh my, do you have PLMD too? I told her I did. She said she has them as well. She truly understood...

Polar bear, has you doctor checked you for a hiatal hernia, or god for bid, esophageal cancer? I don't want to scare you, but they do sound like a possibility to me. My dad had both with a lot of the same symptoms you seem to have.

You most definitely are not going crazy. Like ViewaAskew said RLS is an equal opportunity disorder.

Maybe a hot bath before bed to help relax the legs. Add some Epsom salt to the bath. I find a short walk at a comfortable pace helps me. I walk about 2 hours before I go to bed.

I have RLS and torn ligaments and tendons in my knees from a car accident 16 years ago. I pop my knees all the time to get rid of the creepy feelings. Can't say if it is the RLS or the torn ligaments and tendons I'm relieving. I only know I feel a little better afterwards. Sorry I couldn't help you ...

I walk every night. I have already seen a few meteorites. I even saw a fire ball the other night!
Only bad thing, it is hard to walk in in a straight line and watch the sky! Good thing I don't have to worry about running someone over. Well, maybe the stray deer!
